How to submit your e-Abstract

To submit your e-abstract please follow the steps below:
  • Navigate to the following address on the Internet:
  • Click on "Submit new abstract".
  • Follow the four simple steps included in the Wizard to complete the submission of your e-abstract. Depending on your Internet connection, the submission process may take from seconds to minutes.
Important notice: The abstract submission process described above is fully automated, ensures your instant notification upon the successful reception of your e-abstract and allows you to edit a previous abstract submission, at any point in time before the deadline expires. Furthermore, it eliminates the chance that an e-abstract sent by email could be erroneously characterized as spam email and get lost. Therefore, only abstract submissions through the process described above will be accepted.

If you receive an "Excessed word limit" message when you insert your abstract content and your word number is lower than 250 words, please remove any formatting of your content and paste it again in the initial field(s).

To edit your e-abstract submission please follow the steps below:
  • Navigate to the following address on the Internet:
  • Click on "Edit previous submission" to edit your submitted abstract. When asked, please enter the corresponding email address and the abstract code you received via email.
  • Edit and finalize your submission.

  • In late September, accepted abstract submissions will receive confirmation and notice to submit e-poster in PDF format. Applicants should expect further details about the creation and submission of their electronic poster via email.
  • Abstract submissions that are not accepted will receive an email notification.
