1. Saving your poster as a PDF file in PowerPoint 2007

Having your poster open in PowerPoint 2007, select “File > Save as”
From the available drop-down menu “Save as type", select PDF (*.pdf).

Select the location, i.e.: desktop, on your computer where you would like your poster to be saved as a .PDF file.

If PowerPoint 2007 does not have the Save as PDF feature, you can download and install this feature from Microsoft, free of charge, by clicking here.

2. Saving your poster as a PDF file in PowerPoint 2010

Having your poster open in PowerPoint 2010, select “File > Save as”
From the available drop-down menu “Save as type", select PDF (*.pdf).

Select the location, i.e.: desktop, on your computer where you would like your poster to be saved as a .PDF file.
