Question: Can I proceed with paying for and submitting my ePoster submission (EP or PP) even if I am not registered for the Congress?

Answer: Registration for Congress is mandatory for the presenting author for any type of presentation. 

 

Question: If we register as a group, do we qualify for a discount? 

Answer: There is a way to register as a group, at https://www.rcog.org.uk/careers-and-training/training/courses-and-events/rcog-world-congress/rcog-world-congress-2025/?_gl=1*146xvh6*_up*MQ..*_gs*MQ..&gclid=Cj0KCQiA_NC9BhCkARIsABSnSTYBb-WRPsifALKBRnMD5LLRdlPjvA8oCRVRaKuaW0xxh0gXcdqn7oUaAvlkEALw_wcB, but unfortunately, there is no discount available. 

 

Question: Will I get any certificate for ePoster presentation? 

Answer: Yes, all registered ePoster presenters will receive a certificate after the Congress.

 

Question: Is it possible for only one person to register if they participate in more than one ePosters?

Answer: If an individual is named as a presenting author on more than one ePoster, they can register to present all posters.

 

Question: With regards to registration, is it enough to register one author who is not the named presenting author?

Answer: Yes, any of the authors named on the abstract submission can register to present the ePoster. Please notify [email protected] if you wish to change the presenting author and ensure the presenting author has included the poster code during their registration for Congress.
