For your convenience, please review the below FAQs, for the Alzheimer's Association International Conference® 2025.

 

1. I will be attending the conference in person, do I still need to submit an ePoster?   

While not required, it is highly suggested that in-person poster presenters also submit an ePoster. Your ePoster will be available to view throughout the conference and for 30 days after the conference ends.

 

2. Do I need to bring a printed poster on-site, aside from the electronic version?

If you selected "In-Person" in your Speaker's Corner, then yes, you will bring a printed poster onsite. To find your Speaker’s Corner, search for recent emails from [email protected].

 

3. What are the dimensions for the printed poster?

The maximum dimensions to print your poster are:

  • Inches: 44 in (wide) x 41 in (high).
  • Meters: 111.76 cm (wide) x 104.14 cm (high).
  • Do not print larger than these dimensions.
  • Push-pins will be provided.
  • Audiovisual equipment is not available.
  • Continuing education credits are not offered for posters.

 

4. Do I need to submit a presentation video along with my ePoster?

A presentation video is optional.
