How to export your Keynote file as .PDF

To save your file as a PDF follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the File menu
  2. Select from Export to the PDF format
  3. Export your presentation, from the PDF tab press Next…
  4. To the final step, type your file name and destination and press Export
