1. Guidelines for your PowerPoint presentation

How to create your PowerPoint presentation:

Guidelines and template for preparing your PowerPoint presentation have been included in the Author Kit. Please read the instructions in detail before preparing and submitting your PowerPoint presentation. Please take note of the following:

  • Your PowerPoint presentation should be created with the OTC Asia 2026 conference template (available in the Author Kit), widescreen 16:9 slide size. Company/Organisation-branded templates should not be used.
  • NO COMMERCIALISM. OTC has a stated policy against the use of language that is commercial in tone and this language should be avoided. A company logo may appear on the first OR last slide of a PowerPoint presentation. Generic descriptions should replace commercial tradenames or trademarked materials.
  • The Programme Committee/Session Chair reserves the right to refuse any PowerPoint presentation that is commercial in nature.
  • Ensure that your PowerPoint presentation is saved ONLY in PPTX format.
  • You are advised to keep your presentation file size to a maximum of 15MB [PPTX].

 

How to submit your PowerPoint presentation:

  • Navigate to the following address:  https://otcts2026.epostersubmission.com/home.seam
  • Click on "Submit Presentation". When asked, please enter the PowerPoint Submission Code corresponding to your file, as shown above in the current e-mail.
  • Follow the three simple steps included in the Wizard to complete the submission of your PowerPoint presentation. Depending on the file size of your PowerPoint and your Internet connection, the submission process may take from seconds to minutes.

 

Important notice: The submission process described above is fully automated, maximises the chances for successful submission of your presentations, and ensures your instant notification upon the successful reception of your files. Furthermore, it eliminates the chance that a file sent by email could be erroneously characterised as spam email and get lost. Therefore, only submissions through the process described above will be accepted.


2. Confirmation of Successful Submission

At the end of the Submission Process, you will receive an email confirming that your PowerPoint presentation has been successfully submitted and received.
